Thanks in return. I hadn't blogged about your lesson yet, so I'll take this opportunity to share some thoughts. When I first saw the golf clubs, I thought it might be a little gimmicky. But as I thought about the goals of the lesson--which you articulated so well--I really felt the concepts you were teaching. This reinforced the ideas so much better than mere reading, memorizing, and comprehending the material; it was total immersion and understanding. Bravo!
I agree. I felt that this lesson was non-threatening. How can three words hurt anyone? But yet, those words made us think more deeply about the story than we would have with 500 words.
